  • They will be the person with the authority to say yes or no to your proposition, not the person who likes to claim that they are. If he contact needs to seek higher authority before approving any spend, you will know who the higher authority is in advance and we will always endeavour to get you in front of all the relevant people at the same time.
  • They will be expecting you! The biggest sin in our industry is sending you to an appointment where you are not expected; it is enormously embarrasing for both parties and does not reflect well on your business. If we send you to an appointment, we will always put in a call the day before to check the arrangements are still the same.
